I interviewed three different agents in the Bay Area and also in Los Angeles. What impressed me the most about Linnea is that she never tried to sell me anything, but spent a lot of time listing the pros and cons of each property. We had a very tight time frame: 40 days. The important part of the equation is to evaluate and be able to identify the house that performs best across the two platforms: for both the tenant’s and the management’s needs. Done wrong, real estate can be a nightmare. Done right, you can sleep better at night knowing that you have a roof over your head that not only makes you feel like you have selected a very location, but also one that benefits you financially over a period of years.
