Located along the coast of Los Angeles, the Pacific Palisades is one of Los Angeles’ most elite and sought after neighborhoods. 

SHOPPING & GROCERIES
The recently developed Palisades Village offers a unique shopping experience with a variety of stores. With stores like Alo Yoga, Brunello Cucinelli, and Vince, shoppers are guaranteed to find something they like. 
The Pacific Palisades has many well-known grocery stores, like Ralph’s, Vons, and Gelson’s. There is also an Erewhon Market located within the Palisades Village.

RESTAURANTS
There are dozens of restaurants located within the Palisades Village, like Blue Ribbon Sushi, Porta Via, Sunlife Organics, and Hank’s. . In addition, there are many well-known restaurants located throughout the neighborhood, like Cafe Vida and Moku Sushi. 

STAYING ACTIVE
The Pacific Palisades has many walking and hiking paths nearby. Aside from the walking paths, there is also a Studio K Training and an F45 Training studio located in the neighborhood.  

SCHOOLS & COMMUNITY
The Pacific Palisades has its own school district, called Palisades School District, separate from the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD). Palisades Charter High School is one of the best public schools in the Los Angeles area, with an A+ rating on Niche. Palisades Charter High School is also ranked number nine on California’s top charter schools. The Pacific Palisades is also located near many prestigious private schools, such as Crossroads School for Arts & Sciences. 

According to the Los Angeles Times crime map, the Pacific Palisades’ crime rates are low, especially compared to neighboring communities. 

LANDMARKS & ATTRACTIONS
The Pacific Palisades is home to many public and private beaches, like Will Rogers State beach, Sunset beach, and Palisades beach. The beaches provide a great sense of community as residents put on several neighborhood events throughout the year, especially on holidays such as the Fourth of July and Thanksgiving.
