Shopping destinations are prevalent in Newport Beach. Fashion Island, located in the heart of Newport Beach, is the home to department stores, designer boutiques, and dining establishments. Stores within Fashion Island include Balenciaga, Neiman Marcus, Kendra Scott, and Nordstroms. Corona del Mar has high-end consignment stores where shoppers can find pre-owned brand items for a discounted price. Hundreds of stores can be found throughout Newport Coast, Balboa Village, Corona del Mar, Balboa Island, Mariner’s Mile, and the Westcliff/17th area. 

RESTAURANTS
Newport Beach has been crowned as Orange County’s top culinary community (Visitnewportbeach.com). For seafood lovers, Bluewater Grill and Woofy’s Wharf are known for their fresh and delicious seafood. Back Bay Bistro is a great place for a casual yet relaxing meal during any time of the day. Bosscat Kitchen & Libations is just one gastropub that is recognized for its savory foods and alcoholic beverages. GROCERY STORES
Newport Beach has several grocery stores conveniently located throughout each neighborhood. Bristol Farms, a gourmet market chain, carries the finest meat, produce, cheese, wines, and imports. 
For those with dietary concerns, Whole Foods has paleo-friendly, vegan, and vegetarian products. Like Bristol Farms, Whole Foods also provides a variety of local, organic, and non-GMO choices. From fresh produce to pharmaceutical needs, Pavilions, Albertsons, and Ralphs will have everything you need in just one location. 

GYMS & ACTIVITIES
Newport Beach offers a variety of fitness clubs and gyms. Newport Workout is a unique fitness center that specializes in one-on-one training programs. Newport Workout also has its own indoor cycling program called Third Power Cycle, which offers hour-long cycling classes. The Newport Beach Athletic Club was voted as Orange County’s favorite gym (Times OC). This athletic club has all the traditional gym amenities and even a separate one for women. The location also has a sauna, racquetball court, ping-pong tables, and much more. For yoga lovers, True Flow Yoga and Ra Yoga are yoga studios that are committed to creating connections and self-improvement. 

LANDMARKS & ATTRACTIONS
The Sherman Library and Gardens is a perfect way to get away from the city without leaving Newport Beach. Located in Corona del Mar, visitors can explore a serene botanical garden and see plants from all over the world. 
Inspiration Point is a small observation point that provides a beautiful view of the cliffs, rock, and the entrance to the harbor and Catalina. A steep concrete path leads to benches on a lower level, and then eventually leads to the beach. 

Balboa Pier beach provides adequate space for fishing and sight-seeing. Balboa Pier beach is also home to the Balboa Fun Zone, which has more than millions of annual visitors per year. Balboa Fun Zone is a family-friendly attraction center. Visitors can enjoy games and rides on the coast of Newport Beach. Visitors can also rent bikes and ride them along the pier.
