Laguna Beach, a seaside city in Orange County, is known for its year-round beautiful weather, sandy beaches, and its appreciation for the arts.

Laguna Beach is a part of the Laguna Beach School District. According to Niche.com, the school district is a “top-rated, public school district located in Laguna Beach”. Niche.com ranks Laguna Beach School District as number 17 out of the 487 best school districts in California.

SHOPPING
Laguna Beach’s shopping opportunities range from the traditional shopping experience to independently owned boutiques and art galleries. 

The Historic and Interesting (HIP) District is one of Laguna Beach’s historic shopping districts. HIP District stretches from Pacific Coast Highway to Anita Street to BluebirdCanyon. The HIP district has over 20 art galleries, 17 restaurants, apparel stores, and several cafes with outdoor seating. 

The Lumbermall Yard extends over 2 floors and contains several small restaurants. Enjoy the art, architecture, and delightful atmosphere of this destination shopping experience.

The Boat Canyon Shopping Center is unlike the typical shopping mall;this shopping center has a dry cleaner, services for residential home loans and real estate, shipping services, a pharmacy, and even a dentist. 

RESTAURANTS
Laguna Beach has an abundance of dining spots along the coast.  The Deck and C’est La Vie are both on South Coast Highway and directly adjacent to the beach. South of Nick’s Laguna Beach and Marine Room Tavern provide late-night entertainment, food, and drinks so that you’ll get the most of the Laguna Beach nightlife experience. GG’s Cafe Bistro, La Siren Grill, and Sushi Laguna are just some of the many pet-friendly restaurants. 

GROCERY STORES
Laguna  Beach has several grocery store options. For organic and fresh produce, Gelson’s Market, Whole Foods Market, Simply Real Foods Market, and  Trader Joe’s are located throughout Laguna Beach. These stores all provide organic grocery items and have products that are specifically made for those with dietary restrictions. Standard grocery items can also be purchased at Pavilions, Albertsons, Ralphs, Smart & Final Extra!, and Stater Bros.

GYMS & ACTIVITIES
Laguna offers a variety of fitness clubs and gyms. 
Laguna Health Club includes Freemotion Fitness equipment, weights, cables, and barbells. Prevail Strength & Conditioning offers one-on-one and semi-private sessions. Regardless of what is chosen, everything is individualized based on the client’s goal. For those who love indoor cycling, RythmRide provides an intimate environment with high-energy classes and good music. For those who love to box, Bobby’s Boxing and Fitness has high-intensity interval (HITT) trainings that burns fat and help clients gain muscle.  

LANDMARKS & ATTRACTIONS
Laguna Beach is well known for its art festivals. There are three major art festivals: Sawdust Art and Craft Summer, Laguna Art-A-Fair, Sawdust Art and Makers Winter Fantasy,  and the Festival of the Arts. Each art fair showcases more than 100 local and international artists. Events are accompanied by live entertainment and food trucks.
The Pacific Marine Mammal Center is a great place for families and mammal lovers. The center rescues, rehabs, and rescues marine mammal. Visitors can see interactive displays, mammal artifacts, and shop in the gift shop. 

Heisler Park is an oceanfront park that has several walking trails, gardens, a marine refuge with tide pools, gazebos, and picnic tables. Heisler Park has sculptures scattered throughout the park. The park provides access to beaches like Main Beach, Picnic Beach, and Rockpile Beach.
