SCHOOL DISTRICT
Bel Air is located in the Westside region of Los Angeles County and neighbors areas such as Beverly Crest, Brentwood, Encino, and Sherman Oaks. It contains highly ranked schools a part of the Los Angeles Unified School District, such as Community Magnet Charter Elementary and Warner Avenue Elementary , and private schools like Berkely Hall and Harvard-Westlake.

SHOPPING
Westfield Fashion Square is a shopping mall located in Sherman Oaks, a neighboring area to Bel Air. It is one of the most popular shopping malls in the city and houses retail stores such as Bloomingdale’s, Tesla, Sephora and Macy’s. Westfield Century City is also located not too far from Bel Air and offers an AMC movie theater, restaurants such as Tocaya and Javier’s, and stores like Nordstrom and Bloomingdale’s. 

RESTAURANTS
Bel Air is a residential neighborhood but has great dining options located in areas around it. Beverly Hills and Century City are nearby and offer great options. Eataly, Javier’s, and Din Tai Fung are all in Westfield Mall and perfect for a dinner date after a day of shopping. Sugarfish and Yasu Beverly Hills are sushi options located in Beverly Hills that can be very casual but have a long wait time because of their popularity.

GROCERY STORES
Jayde’s Market is a local grocery store located in the Glen Centre right near Bel Air. It offers a wide selection of gourmet items and locally-sourced produce and meats. If you’re looking for a basic grocery store, Gelson’s is located in Century City Mall and Whole Foods Market is located in Beverly Hills.

GYMS & ACTIVITIES
To stay active in Bel Air, there are group workout classes such as Orange Theory Fitness, which focuses on running and strength training and is located in the Westfield Square Fashion Mall. If you’re interested in gyms, there is an Equinox gym located in the Westfield Century City Mall which offers high-class equipment, personal training, and group classes. 

LANDMARKS & ATTRACTIONS
Bel Air is known for its Bel Air Country Club, a social club which includes an 18-hole golf course and tennis courts. Very prestigious, the club only allows members and guests of members into the club. Another beautiful club is the Bel Air Bay Club, a popular event venue and private beach club. It has a location right on the beach in the Pacific Palisades, making it the perfect location for a relaxing day in the sun.
